SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Our policy is to see that our customers are happy with our products. If within 10 days of receipt of your product you are unhappy with it for any reason, please contact us and we will work through the issue with you. Custom engraved items cannot be returned unless there is a mistake on our part, in which case we will fix it or refund your money at our discretion.
DYE SUBLIMINATION PROCESS
We use the Dye sublimation process to manufacture our full color items. With dye sublimation orders, can be some inconsistencies in color that occur from print to print. While we strive for uniformity we do not issue refunds/discounts or accept returns for orders that have these types of issues.

We offer flat rate shipping and we ship only to locations in the United States. We typically ship via the U.S. Postal Service but may use other commercial carriers for large orders.
All orders will be filled in the order they are received, upon receipt of your order we will provide you with an estimated shipping date. Since the majority of our business is custom work you can expect shipment within 10 business days. We will keep you informed along the way.
